Discussion of the design concept for a multiple family residential development and associated improvements on an approximately five (5) site that is part of the overall Seven Villages of Cherry Hills Subdivision (104 Village Hills Parkway– Locator Number 24V630220 - Town Center ‘Workplace District’ Designation – R-3 10,000 Square Foot Residence District, with a Planned Environment Unit (PEU) (1984)). This site is more specifically situated at the southwest corner of Manchester Road and Village Hills Parkway/Taylor Road. This site is located in Ward Eight.
